VGP – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has decided to appoint Nguyen Huy Dung as new Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.

Dung, aged 37, was promoted to the role from his previous position as Director-General of the ministry’s Authority of Information Technology Application.
The Authority is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the IT applications including IT application in state owned agencies, enterprises and community.
